AH Design Group founder Ariella Horowitz was recently featured in The Real Deal for her work on a record-setting luxury spec home in Glencoe, Illinois. The $7 million sale marked the highest price ever achieved for a non-lakefront property in the area.
Developer Karl Smolov enlisted Horowitz to lead the interior design, with the goal of bringing a level of sophistication more commonly seen in premier coastal markets such as Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. The finished residence blends elevated materials, refined detailing, and a modern luxury aesthetic that helped set a new benchmark for design and value in the Glencoe market.
